A feeling of anguish and heartache passed between the three it was time. Wordlessly, they all said their goodbyes- they knew that if they didn’t do such then, the chance would have fled from them. The normally brave and valiant duo sat in the remains of the rest of the trash, their eyes piercing Woody with an emotion he failed to understand. Woody’s eyes met Buzz and Jessie’s as he took note of plastic dripping down their foreheads, torturously so. They had done what they were meant for, and that was to be there when Andy needed them most in his life. He was rejecting that chapter of his life now, entering one filled with the wonderment of new sights and adventures. Porkchop and saved the day, nor did it matter that his childhood consisted solely of his playtime with them. It didn’t matter how many times Andy was there when the gang defeated the evil Dr. ![]() He had to face it: things just weren’t like they were before. He would pull them out of a box one day and remember how much he loved them… wouldn’t he? Woody sighed in uncertainty, the tears releasing from his eyes by this point. The group, who had always been known for their love and devotion to each other… they weren’t even making an effort to put a stop to this? The fiery pit that burned in front of them seemed to radiate even more deathly tones of red and orange, as if taunting them. “What are they doing!?” he incredulously asked himself. As he glanced down, he witnessed a scene that filled him with utmost emotional confusion: each had linked hands, facing the realization of their horrifying final outcome. Upon hearing none of these, he questioned why no one else was following his actions. Struggling as he attempted to pull both he and the group up, he slightly expected to hear similar movement and sounds of labor behind him.
